When I played coop with another guy at the Xbox Odyssey we shifted the difficulty from normal to Legendary just to see what the difference was. Frankly, we couldn't get past the first encounter on the level we were on. The Covenant used cover more effectively, were more alert, more accurate, and possibly stronger health-wise (though that could be an effect of us not being able to hit them very often). I think the higher difficulty levels will be plenty hard enough to challenge two players, much less one. Allenthar On a side note, the Covenant Elite are *scary* in Legendary. They dodge so quickly and use cover so well it's almost impossible to hit them. And they seem to *prefer* to melee attack you instead of shooting. Evil. :-)
