Bungie wouldn't do that. If they made both, they'd have to optimize the gameplay for it. They'd have to rebuild the levels to make it fit. They'd have to adjust the combat to make it work for both TP and FP. They're not just going to throw in another view as a "why-the-hell-not-I've-got-a-few-minutes-free" kind of move. And the Original Gameplan was nothing but brainstorming.
