Halo effect uses Flood telepathy ;-)

I like the idea that the Array requires a collection of Flood organisms in order to operate. It piggybacks on top of the Flood's 'telepathy' to transmit its sentience killing effect. This would be the best explanation for why there are Flood stored on the Array installations. This is just speculation but it kills two birds with one stone: 1) Why Flood is on the rings 2) How the Halos work
