Sounds to me like an ONI conspiracy theory if you ask me! But to clarify, when I was implying that sabotage may have occurred, I wasn't referring to it as external sabotage. Whatever is monitoring Delta Halo appears to believe that only one of two possibilities can be correct, those two being a malfunction of some sort, of external sabotage. I was implying that there was a third, which would be internal sabotage that caused a malfunction, possibly by the Gravemind that has presumably been kept there for 100,000 years plotting on a way to escape or something.
