When you are in Pan cam mode, use up on the D-pad to increase the speed and use down to slow the speed down. When the saved film starts and it is the scene when the pelican is flying over the desert bringing you to your location, detatch the camera. turn around. Then when your character jumps off the map, PAUSE the game. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE MAP (THE MOUNTAINS IN THE DISTANCE ARE BEHIND YOU!!!!!) move as far left as you can and get close to the wall. Use up on the d-pad to increase the speed to around 100,000. Then, TAP the left trigger and then you will appear there if you did it right.
