Listen, Konoko is also the Master Chief because she's in Oni, and ONI is also in Halo. Why else would they have put that name in there if not to imply that they are truly one and the same? Konoko was already tougher than most guys, and in Spartan armor it's said you can't tell the males from the females. Perhaps once the universe collapsed in Marathon, the mjolnir cyborg (also totally the Master Chief because he was a mjolnir cyborg) jumped INTO Konoko's body who later just became the Master Chief. Also, I'm not sure what to make of Minotaur in all of this. Actually, Minotaur was seen on some levels in Halo 2, right? That's because the Master Chief is part Minotaur. 343 Guilty Spark has the Marathon symbol because Halo is truly Marathon, but he's also spherical so he must be the ball from GNOP (which wasn't spherical I suppose since it was 2D, but Halo is obviously a re-imagining of GNOP because it has circles and Bungie made it). And let's see... the Flood are really just the bad guys from Myth except more zombified now.
