I agree it is : cool in gameplay, but storywise why would the UNSC or ONI for that matter : need to make a distraction device which plays around with a motion sensor? : I don't see how that is helpful in a war such as the one they are engaged : in especially since there is no mention of motion trackers in the covenant : as far as I know. Maybe thats why we've never seen them. If they're useless, no need to issue them.
