I did never say "All Americans suck," nor did I say "Some Americans scuk." The point is you have the choice to assume one of the two meanings and exactly this effect is what Meg used. If you think that she meant "All Mac gamers suck" then you are in this category, but when you read it as "Some Americans suck," then you can exclude yourself, but you do not have to. Simple, neh?
