In Response To: Nothing to do with GAME (Dark G) : O.k. : I think the "sigh" at the end made me feel stupid as I have been : the one sticking up for Bungie since day dot. I honestly think Bungie are : awesome, have never lied about a single date and will ship the game as : announced on Nov 9th. Now I am officially to be called a Bungie n00b, a year and a half on the related websites and two games played... please don't punish me... :) : BUT the flyer has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH GAME, we are just sponsoring : the event. I have laughed out loud at some of the dates GAME has stuck : next to HALO 2 in the release schedule and, like I said, I listen only to : them. Hehe, you do have those troubles in UK too? : "GAME STARS" was a massive awards night for the video games : industry earlier in the year, very much like the Oscars but with games : (just less boring to watch). It was on prime time TV and hosted by well : known celebrities. This flyer has come straight from them. Got me there, as I will say below, something BIG and Bungie will probably be shown off at that date. : Instead of us all falling out over this, I just fancy a chat about the whole : thing. Let me buy you a beer and we can have a bit of a cuddle. I like the idea, though a Ryanair ticket from Stockholm to somewhere in UK for me to drink beer and you to discuss games with a 15 year old... humm... probably not allowed by my parents... : But please, don't think I'm an uneducated fool who believes everything and : anything. I apologize, as Steve has said in this thread: we're quite tired of the subject. Sorry for taking some of that tireness out on you. The great amount of things pointing towards what Bungie and everyone else has said just makes me more sceptic than I have been in my life. Though, all the things you put forth do point to something big and something related to Halo 2. Maybe a really large trailer? Some views from the not-ancient graphics engine build? : By the way, did you know XBOX 2 will be suprise released before Christmas, a : bloke down the pub said he saw it in a mag that his brother bought.
