I don't agree with a lot of people's ideas on this one. I think that this message is simply Enkidu's friendly banter between whoever was back on the Lebanon. Either the whole ship was landed on Frigid, Pillar of Autumn style, or whoever was on the ship is now on Frigid via an escape pod (still not sure due to the terminal location stamp). Anyway, I don't think this is a larger communique between Durandal or Enkidu, I think this is exactly what we've been expecting, the "reader" in space coming down to Frigid. Enkidu, likely the sender of this message, is commenting on how the reader is more or less "no worse for the ware" as a result of the landing, and seems to be welcoming him to the planet when Covies show up. I don't think we should read too much into this one.
