Also, the jackpot remains the same, regardless of the number of tickets sold, and only goes up the following week if there is no winner this week. I am refering to the Florida Lottery (actually, we have two drawings a week, now). I understand your point, though. I guess I gave a poor example.

I am sorry for getting the discussion off-topic. I just figured that it was your contest, your rules. Other people should not stipulate the rules for your raffle.
