No, this isn't the only place I've seen this ; I've read it in some quite respectable textbooks. I was just too lazy to find and quote from any of them. :) It's a relatively modern theory (only came into vogue in the last 5-10 years), so the textbooks you've read may have been published too long ago. --SiliconDream |
