In Response To: But.. wait. (Xzzy) I had the thing spinning while I ate my dinner, and I noticed one more tiny detail: The northern entity doesn't begin at the L4 point. The L4/L5 points are said to be at the locations where the satellite would make an equilateral triangle with the system primary, and it's other satellite (the moon). If you reload the applet, you catch that the top point does NOT form such a triangle. No wonder it flies all over the place. ;) That could be what you wanted.. showing the differences, but you didn't make that clear in your original post.
