Well, while I agree that the marine and the W'rkncacnter share many similarities such as creating chaos and being shadowy/largely unseen forces of destruction, I think it's important to note that the marine appears to be bound to jjaro machinery and is actually an extention of the jjaro will, which at least for one point seems to be to stop the W'rkncacnter from appearing back in this universe. In the end, "You are destiny", presumably you go the way of the jjaro... at least as I interpreted it.
