| In Response To: What if W'rcanctr were GOOD? (Agent Shem)
Well, that brings up the whole notion of the definition of "good", which is, at least on many levels, subjective. I mean, yeah, there are things which are morally right and wrong, but in this case, the scale is just way too big for those. The way I understand it, the W'rka...W'rknc...W'hat'ever are beings of pure chaos, and where they are, nothing in this universe can be as it was. I'm not sure if they even notice us as we boil away in the seas of liquid time that freeze our dying world to a cinder. If they do what they do (wreck the universe) for fun, or even on purpose, then yeah, they're evil. But if they don't realize it...one could make a case for the idea that they're neither good nor evil, at least on our scale. Of course, if on their scale they are plotting some dire deeds, then they may yet be evil (or if they're trying to save other W'hat'evers' lives, they may yet be good): but there's no way for us to know, because we simply can't relate to them; they're just too alien, in every way.
I just love a good philosophical discussion.
