: connection is completely untenable. Other than both rebelling, there's no
: similarities between them; the Elites were founding members of the
: Covenant, and until their recent betrayal by their supposed partners the
: Prophets, the highest ranks amongst the Covenant; while the S'pht were
: always just slaves, lowly conditioned ranks. The Enforcer/Fighter
: relationship (using "Fighter" here to mean "the three-eyed
: Pfhor species", as opposed to the seven-eyed Enforcer species) seems
: much more similar to the Prophet/Elite relationship, IMO.
Or maybe Prophets = Hindmost/Great Mother, Elites = Enforcers, lesser Covenant = lesser Pfhor? Especially before H2, when the Prophets were only speculated about and not shown.
