Adam seems to keep telling me "just change [this huge chunk of stuff which would in turn require changes to everything related to it] and it'll be fine." I had an art teacher last semester who gave me a similar line a lot - "just paint over this half and I think you'll have a nice piece." There's a difference between suggesting touch-ups and suggesting that I just redo the whole, or most, of something. I know this time he just suggested adding more textures, which sounds on the surface like a touch-up, but when you realize that in order to do that we'd have to scrap a big chunk of the textures already in there, rearrange the rest of them, and then retexture EVERYTHING (again!) to match the new ones, it's not just a touch-up, it's another major redo of the textures, after having already done four of them. Regarding you offering to help, if you're still willing, how would you like to work on the extra "widgets" for the plan I suggested in the post you responded to?
