I do agree, the first level of Pfh'Jouer is somewhat boring, but I won't complain. I'm the kind of guy who doesn't hate scenarios. I don't think there's a single big scenario that I've played that I dislike. Rubicon is a really awesome scenario IMHO, but I do think that Tempus Irae is better, at least in some ways. I agree with what you said about sometimes in TI you end up going as far as you can in one direction, and then going back and taking another, and the level that really comes most to mind for that is...damn, I can't remember the name. But it's that one where you're going along all the "streets" in the middle of big pools of water. That wasn't a very good description, but still, that level was very very frustrating at one point. I had followed the path, with some slight deviations, and I was at a dead end. I searched arond for a long, long time for the way out, and I must've found it every other time I played it, but the last time I played it I stopped playing TI on that level. Regardless, Tempus Irae is still a masterful scenario, and IMO it's better than Rubicon in many ways, but that's just according to my tastes.
