The only reason to glance is because it's faster than keyboard turning, mouse is faster than glance so the keys don't serve any real purpose with your setup.
If you simply must have them available, I'd switch to either WASD or, if you have one, the number pad. Then you can put them on Q/E or 7/9 and not use them more conveniently.
