: If you're striving for all "C"s, you should probably lay off the
: games for more than 3 weeks. Everyone needs to blow off steam, but real
: life is much more important than video games. Get your grades up, study as
: if your life depends on it, because it does, then return here and share
: Marathon with us, but only to the extent you have time. I'll try to
: remember the same for myself - I have a lot going on, too - I don't have
: to worry about grades, but keeping my job would be nice.
Only two of my classes are below Cs, civics and sci. I think the big reason for both of those being Ds is because I am horribly disorginized and both of those teachers want us to keep all of out notes and papers and everything, which I lose almost as soon as I get them. I don't know. If I felt like arguing and what not, I'd say that I don;t think it's anything to do with games, but it won't do me any good, and who knows? Maybe it is Marathon thats killng my grades. But I don't even like going to school anyway, something about it just doesn't get along with me. What I'm into most is music, and Marathon is kind of like my social life, sad as that is. Don't get me wronge, I have great real-life friends and what not, but these are all people who have acidemic goals and such in mind and some of them have taken the SATs *twice* and we're all in eigth grade. So yeah, study hard and slave away at school so people will leave me alone about it, sounds good. And don't lose your job, Steve, if you did, you couldent aford a computer to play Marathon on :)
: In the meantime I will try to keep the Eternal Volunteers series going, but I
: can make no promises about daily posts and I definitely will need some
: guidance when we get to Chapter 5.
Sounds good. I really like chapter 5, hopefully I'll be aloud to play again when you get to it.
