I think you are taking my /suggestion/ to change this forums format to phpbb a little too personally. I am by no means telling you how to run the forum, as a matter of fact I mentioned how much I enjoy posting here, and how helpful everyone has been. I am just expressing my opinion on forum styles, and stating the good things about phpbb. My "walk out" post was sarcastic, I don't intend to leave this forum because of it's format it isn't that big of a deal.
Also I just became an active poster here in time to see every topic I made drop 40 lines because of "test-ignore" posts. In a phpbb forum this problem would not exist, and that is what initially spurred me to make that post in the first place. Because that was very annoying.
Of course I have no idea how many quilified map makers there are, or how many requests for maps there are. I am currently busy with school, and beating the marathon trilogy, and trying to get myth II to work. I definatly don't have time to learn how to use the map maker good enough to make this map that I have in mind. I just wanted to post this idea I had to see if anyone is interested. If no one is, so be it. I didn't mean to get into some "cycle" you have seen hundreds of times, nor do I plan on disappearing in a few weeks.
Feel no threats from me, I come in peace, and I only wish to help the forum as much as I can.
