Sorry, but your own isn't really that strong. :P Those are balanced in the form of absolute scarcity of the weapon combined with very little ammo. When I played Halo CEA with the infinite ammo skull, you bet I held onto the rocket launcher for the whole game! :P What could also be pointed out is that the Forerunner weapons in Halo 4 are the more 'primitive' projectile ones that were designed to more effectively combat the Flood. We know how wonderful plasma ones are against them.
