It's quite a tactical : oversight for the Didact to design weapons which are useable by his worst : enemy. I suppose you could use the excuse that they are just regular : Forerunner weapons, but it seems like he would have had the resources to : make his own if he can build all those robots. It's especially strange to : have a bunch of four-legged creatures using guns that are clearly built : for someone with fingers. Apparently the Forerunner weapons 'reconfigure themselves for the user' - but why, if they're so advanced, they don't disintegrate when their user dies, and simply deny resources to the enemy... we'll never know. I mean, Suppressors and Boltshots are apparently grown from the ground, and in EP8 CH5 - Glassman, of Spartan Ops, Forerunner weapon crates appear out of thin air.
