That's good, but I think a better answer is that Dial #2 is 22.4 (7/10 of 32). It seems more intuitive to me, and it fixes the imperfect symmetry above because you can get 22.4 using 6 symmetrical numbers: ((67+13) * 70) / (25 * (48-38)) = 22.4. That leaves 3 and 11 as unused numbers.

If the the assumptions I'm making are correct, here's what we've got in all...

Dial #2: glyph value is 22.4, leftover numbers are 3, 11
Dial #3: glyph value is 22.5, leftover numbers are 0, 71
Dial #4: glyph value is 309, leftover numbers are 13, 37, 7
Dial #7: glyph value is 74, leftover numbers are 97, 83, 19, 18

Is this the right track, or are we shooting in the dark? Maybe there are multiple ways to get a match to our glyph solutions by using different symmetrical numbers. That would certainly blow a hole in this line of thought.
