Actually, if you think about it, the United States has just as much influence in teh world as the former British Royal Empire used to have, we just don;t technically "own" a ton of colonies around the world.

Is the United States so bad?

How is this man as bad as Hitler? Do you have a link for this "European Constitution?" (And if you ask me, Britain should join the European Union and transition to the Euro.)

I do regret to say that I have only met a few good French people in my life, but they were young, and it is the youth of France that will change it--I pray for the better.

If I remember my World History well enough...the English and French have had hostilities for hundreds of years, as opposed to them hating the United States a paltry 50 (so you say).
