Yeah, I had a similar lockup on T&R. I was playing coop with a buddy, and after three hours, we were finally at the end. I made a mad dash for the switch, and as I hit the button, we all blew up. Blam. I think the whole cutscene played, but then we got the blue Halo dirty disc/can't be read sceen, and not the green XBox one. Anyways, it still gave us the legendary skull, but it did mess my profile up from then on.
