They forget that despite being a religious document, the Bible is also a historical document. It has been used throughout time as inspiration for stories and imbedded symbolism. Christian symbolism in a video game is not new at all, and it can be found in even the most gothic of literature.

It's just a fact of life. If they think Bungie is after them, they must be living in a state of almost constant paranoia for everything remotely christian related.

On a more personal note, I was raised in a born again Christian home but I have recently dropped away to a more agnostic stance - I don't know what I believe but I am open to all possibilities, including the possibility of nothing after death... but I do know the Christian beliefs pretty well and I have been around the paranoid christians enough not to really worry. They work so hard at impressing those around them and climbing further up on the social ladder, many forget what they stand for in the first place.
