Maybe because there is absolutely no reason on earth why Bungie would program an enemy entity to recognise cortana let alone actually beat her.
And there is even less reason why Cortana would be programmed to spin if she was hit when
a) she does not feature outside of cutscenes and should never interact with anything in real-time.
b) she is a fucking hologram
The only possible reason why an enemy and cortana could interact is if it was specifically programmed to. Which means Bungie allocated precious development time for this trick despite the fact that
1) about 0.01% of the audience would bother to find it
2) it would be applicable for about 0.001% of the game.
Unfortunately Bungie didn't. Halo was the lead launch title for a new console and we all know they didn't have time to fit some relatively crucial features.
Maybe there's a few claims there with some semblence of reality, like the bit about you not having the technology to put stuff up on the net. But Cortana doesn't spin. And the hunter doesn't hit her. Just give up. If you are gonna make up shit at least make it good.
