In Response To: Contest!!! -Shaft Challenge- Pt 1 (FrogBlast) ive dont it in co-op mode, its farly easy, im working on it right now in single player, same meathod tho... first you start out by before you even get in there, go get an overshield ""helps in the long run"" make short work of the hunters and avoid using it all up, ""handgun shot to the orange patch on thire back via dodging is easiest meathod"" then after the scinematic, ""assuming your standing in the circle facing the controll pannel"" turn 90 degrees to the right ""the way i did it"", go out that doorway/opening in the building, have your partner just wait there, look for one of the prongs of the thingers sticking out of the wall and run off right toards it, make sure you land on it, the trick to it is, right before you land, press down on the L3 trigger/duck button and then let go, you wont die but your shield and about 1-4 bricks of health will be gone""keeping in mind that you ahve an overshield, about 1/4 of your shield should be gone tho"", u can either do it again with your partner or just have him die and respawn it makes no difference, then after your both on there, go toards the wall following the hoarse shoe to the middle of it, walk to the edge and look down, there's a small platform there in a grove in the wall, jump down to that ""after your shield is charged all the way up"" again press L3 button/crouch, and your down there, again you can do it with 2'nd player or kill him and wait for a respawn, turn to face the shaft, look down and face either side of the hoarseshoe, again drop down to it pressing L3 before you hit, and you can keep doing this all the way untill you get to the bottom, i wasnt able to go past the bottom cause i could see no way of dropping down withought dying, im working on one for single player, but i did it in co-op cause you indeffinatley endup loosing life, so this way if your too low on life just do it with 2'nd player or kill yourself respawn and continue untill your at the bottom | |
