I used Recon in Reach, and I used it in Halo 4 as well. Of course, Reach Recon and H4 Recon are not identical, so... yeah.

As for the on-screen prompts, I missed them. Probably because I was too zoned in on getting to the waypoint on the screen and shooting down Phantoms.
