My whole gripe is that the Hog is NOT a 21st century vehicle, and yet NOW it looks like something inferior even to stuff we DO have today.
Google "JLTV", that's the US military's HMMWV replacement program. This is the kind of thing you'll see:

That's a current-day, WORKING prototype! THAT is the tech level of TODAY!!
Now I totally get that WETA couldn't make the Hog true to the game-model IRL, but I do NOT get why Microsoft couldn't pony up and make the Halo4 Hog something we believe fits in the 26th century.
That's what this is about for me: the Halo4 Hog, as-is, looks like an out-of-place antique, and so far I have not read or heard ANY reason (good or otherwise) WHY.
