They deserve credit for the quality of graphics they've produced, it all looks amazing, it's just the design that irks me. In fact my biggest problem is just WHY they changed it. Why turn Jackal's into lizards? Sure they're impressive lizards, but what's wrong with sticking with their well establised avian design and create awesome looking bird things instead?
Why change the pelican so drastically?
Why add those FREAKING HOLES ON THE FRONT OF CHIEF'S HELMET?? (I really hate them haha).
Go ahead and add some artistic interpretation when you're fleshing out details that have only been glossed over in the past, but when you go ahead and change something as beloved as the Pelican, only to arguably make it look worse (looking at that legendary icon symbol too), I don't get it.
