Remember, Marines do : have ranged weapons, and they aren't loath to use them. I have actually noticed that Marines have guns, surprisingly enough. I was imagining that the Hunter might be out of the line of fire while on top of the Pelican. But now I look at a picture to remind me, I see that the roof is sloping down towards the gap, so he'd get a plastering. But I think it'll be easy to get a Hunter into the gap directly anyway.
