In Response To: Living Dead needs to be revived. *Long* (NsU Soldier) I know FyreWulff has been trying to prepare a portfolio of Custom Infection maps. I don't believe Bungie had given them a second look. I'm not sure why little attention is being paid to a popular playlist and gametype. Personally, I do not like Infection. I try it out on very few occasions just to experience what is going on. With Halo 2, Infection was a home made DYI thing that we played once per Clan night. It was fun for maybe 10 minutes. I had great hopes Infection would have evolved into something special starting with Halo 3. I really expected to see the Flood characters as the infectors but it didn't happen. When that feature also didn't appear in REACH, it was one of my more tangible disappointments. I'm mean really, why are the infectors not a special character model? An opportunity lost, I believe. So I am now pinning my hopes on Halo 4 but it would take a lot to get me into that playlist. That's not the case for many thousands of other Halo players though.
