The Covenant Separatists, lead by the Sangeheili, will likely take on some other Covenant species as well. Their war with the Loyalists has still only begun. The UNSC, luckily at peace for the time being. Insurrection is still a threat, but the Covenant is far too busy with the Sangheili to continue attacking them. The Flood, their is likely still Flood presence on Delta Halo, however 5 other rings remain, all of which may contain Flood, along with the possibility of Flood containment on Shield Worlds. And who knows how much they have plagued the universe OUTSIDE of our Galaxy... The Forerunner, there is evidence that they still exist. And the destruction of their Ark could cause all sorts of side-effects to the Sentinels at countless installations.
