: If you've read this far, thanks, and good luck with the future projects. I don't think that those questions can be answered. And that isn't Frankie's fault. Its Bungie's! I'd say that Bungie hasn't given the Halo story the respect that it should have had. Maybe another developer would take it more seriously. Or maybe the story can't be taken seriously, that boat sailed in the original game when we first heard the, "it doesn't kill Flood, it kills their food" 'explanation' from Bungie. What standard should we hold Frankie to? Do we let him get away with sloppy handling of time? Must all future stories make sense? Must things never completely change between the end of one game and the start of the next? What is it about Halo that can't be compromised?
