In Response To: Re: Halo short anime films (OxBidder) Hey, everyone's allowed to like/dislike what they choose. As long as they don't force their beliefs on others, then that's fine, isn't it? Anyway, my own forum's reaction to this is similar to mine. I, for what it's worth, have been a big supporter of Microsoft milking the franchise. The reason being is that I love Halo, and I, like I'm sure all of you, want more Halo. That said, I didn't buy Halo Wars because I don't enjoy RTS games. I didn't buy the McFarlene action figures because I thought the quality was terrible on the one I bought. And now I honestly won't be buying this (I assume) DVD, because I just dislike anime. I enjoyed the Matrix films, and was interested in watching the animatrix. But to be honest, I couldn't stand it. Cartoon's in my opinion are limited to Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, and at a push, South Park and Family Guy (more the humour on the last two). I despise Anime in all it's forms, and would struggle to watch this without being angered at the main character being 'frozen' whilst the background/everything around becomes white and red stripes to simulate him doing a 'six million dollar man'.
