No. Without some serious hacking (as proposed in this thread) you won't see ANYONE outside your local LAN - and WITH some serious hacking, I'd guess you'll see only those you look for. (That is, you won't get a list of who's available, but you MIGHT be able to add folks manually.) All of this is speculative - nothing's been done yet. Nobody's even got an Xbox to mess with on this one. (Well, no FANS, anyway. :) )
