Quite possibly. I don't see why it wouldn't be considered an Arcade game. I thought it was the first game to exceed the 800 mark as well, but it turns out that isn't the case. Bankshot Billiards 2, Puzzle Quest and RoboBlitz are all XBLA games that clock in at 1200 points.
