In Response To: Halo 3 achievements. (Gravemind) : Discuss. I can see how the GOW-style achievements for multiplayer are a problem, and I agree with you. Personally, I like Narc's idea of allowing such achievements but only for single-player gametypes. As for campaign gametypes. I DO like Gears model, where you get some for completing each stage on each difficulty. That seems appropriate and encourages replay on different difficulties, which is always good. Plus, let me suggest something else, Crackdown-style achievements for campaign that reward creativity and exploration and tricking. Especially if some of them are secret, that would be fun!
