We know there is water - at least waist-high. We know there are both open areas and tight indoor sections. We know that it's hgmb.jpg - and here we are given a dastardly hint. KP says, in answer to whether or not it's significant, "... mb." This could be interpreted as "maybe", but since he uses extended spelling everywhere else, he may be hinting at "hgmb. Does the "mb" in the filename stand for "maybe"? Or something completely different? What in the Halo Universe has the initials "mb" or "hgmb"? How about some test name, like "Halo Golf, maybe?" (KP, tell me I'm wrong. Please.) As for the picture itself, it appears to me to be two structures colored Forerunner grey (odd if on Earth, since Earth structures tend to be light earthy tones) set against dark, shadowed cliffs, facing out onto an open area with water. We don't know how much of the map this shows, or from what angle, but if it's anything like the battleview Halo 2 thumbnails on B.net, it shows the most active and significant areas of the map. However, it may be more like the in-game selection thumbnails, an artistic view of what makes the map unique. Go forth and confusify yourselves with that.
