I'm still saying it's a kind of "Sidewinder" setup -- look at how the it appears to be two bases (gray areas), curving around a central, tall, rock/cliff. Sure, it's shorter than Sidewinder, but since this is supposed to be on Earth (so it can't be Coag.), they could've just taken the basic Sidewinder properties and made a new map.
