In Response To: She was 15 when she got her first doctorate IIRC *NM* (reagan64) Ah, the other thing I thought I had mentioned in my post. Halsey's brilliant :) People sometimes get confused and caught off gaurd when they learn of the Master Chief's age because he seems younger than people picture him to be. But that's really what my argument was aimed towards, not so much Halsey's age (which I didn't know at any point during the Halo story), but more how old Johnson could be, even though he's only a Sergeant. Dr. Halsey kind of breaks away from that because of her intelligence. She's not "normal" we'll say. I'm not necessarily saying that the characters in the Halo universe are older than I think they should be, it's just that if some people believe so, it can easily be explained.
