Although we can be 99% sure Johnson's father was named Avery as well, his middle name is Junior, which shows he's the son. If his grandfather was also named Avery, he would have a suffix at the end of his name, which we would have seen listed somewhere else. We can be sure this is our Johnson. Although I find it probable that this query occured around the time Halsey was checking Johnson's medical records, I do not believe it is just a background file. There would be no reason for his background or medical file to be classified, only certain parts. More likely, while Halsey was searching through Johnson's medical records, she discovered something that led her to believe Johnson was an S-one, and decided to look further into the matter. I do not believe there would be any reason to send a fake medical file to Halsey, I find it more reasonable that any classified info would just be in a seperate medical file.
