The 3rd image

In Response To: 5 Hidden Images In Cortana's Blue Light *Pics* (rywateska) This particular one intrigues me. For one thing, three of the others seem to be parts of Cortana (an eye, hand, torso), the ring seems to be evocative of Halo and the "3" logo, yet the third image is just odd. Also, the others all have some degree of fade in/fade out, while this one is only onscreen for one frame and one frame only. It brought to mind the movie "Contact," where they find the image from the first human television broadcast buried in the signals from afar. Accordingly, I've scaled, rotated, and messed with the color in order to see if something would become evident. A car seen from a second-story window?
