What? You mean all those Olympic athletes with personal coaches and trainers are just fooling themselves? They should just read tips and practice, and not actually have anyone, say, evaluate what they're doing wrong so that they can do it better? (No, I'm not saying Halo is - or should be - an Olympic sport. I'm saying that the CONCEPT of learning from someone better than you is totally legitimate - in skiing, boxing, swimming, personal weight training, or Halo.) You people make me sad. You don't want the service, fine, don't buy the service. (I'm not - my skill level in Halo isn't important enough to me to pay money to have it improved. There are lots and lots of people, however, who don't feel the way I do.) What I don't understand is why folks can't just accept that this is a reasonable service offered by people qualified to offer it - whether you, personally want to use it or not. And stan - I know it's just your nature to be a dick, even when you get it, but come on - don't give the clueless garbage to feed on. If you're gonna make fun of it, at least pick a reasonable analogy. | |
