I wonder if Matt&Co. even realize the can of worms they've opened up with this deal.

HALO was introduced at Macworld NY last year. Go to halo.bungie.com and, beneath the screenshot, you have always seen *coming soon for Windows and Mac OS*. Now, after all this time, to hear Bungie say that the platform commitments for Halo are up in the air ... well, to quote another game from another time, "It stinks like rotten meat."

For 12 months now we, the Bungie community, has known what to expect. Halo was coming, Soon(tm). For Windows. For Macintosh. Maybe there would be a console port. Now nobody knows if it'll ever see the light of day off of the X-Box.

This is a real slap in the face for everyone who has supported Bungie all these years.

Matt, Alex, Jason ... do right by us. Don't make us kick your ass.
