well i have made a note about how after the ring fired, the forerunner on the ark only had the goods they brought with them and couldn't return to any of their planets cause the flood was still in the process of starving. as to where all the technology went, how about where it was.

Atlantis was said to have technology thousands of years before its time. and then one day it was destoried by the "flood" and sink to the body of the sea. what if it was purposely lowered by the forerunner(i'm sure they have the technology) since there was a limited amount of technologyical goods, all of them, and the ark, where keep at atlantis before it sank.
