I'm 13 and have parents, but I doubt they'd pay attention to the rating anyway. If it's M, I'll just mail-order it, and when I see a package from Bungie, I'll take it down to my room to open it, and throw away the box. I'll play it with gore turned off, and not complain loudly that it gives me a tactical disadvantage. If it has Rogue Spear-style blood (no heart and liver, naked intestines, reinforced cyborg bones and tendons, cybernetic brains, or rectal contents showing in rocket explosions), I'll just play it at night, like Unreal Tournament.
