I think that award goes to Postal, in which your victims (you play a homicidal maniac whose mission is to kill as many innocent people as possible) roll on the ground, weakly crawl away, and emit bubbly sobbing and faint cries for help.

I don't know which frightens me more, that someone wants to play that sort of game or that someone wants to make it.

I hope all the gore in Halo appears for a reason (a *good* reason...)
